Try this Strawberry milkshake recipe for some serious feel good energy in the morning!
A 30 second breakfast meal that will give you energy throughout your day. This is a very simple milkshake that I usually make in the morning when I’m rushing to work! I used fresh strawberries, honey, milk and oats. But you can also add a banana, and some pineapple chunks for a wonderful combination!

- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp quick oats
- 1 banana optional
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks optional
- Wash strawberries. Combine all of your ingredients then place in a food processor and blend until smooth, enjoy!
