A healthy spiced apple smoothie that tastes like apple pie!
Have you ever had an apple pie but in the form of a smoothie?! If you haven’t, let me tell you how to make this at home. This is quite easy, and it’s ready in only 5 minutes!
Imagine yourself enjoying an apple pie but in a much healthier form, in a form of a smoothie! And think about how you can actually have this for breakfast. Such a great way to start the day!
I love smoothies in general, but there’s something really special about this spiced apple pie smoothie, actually, it is the perfect Autumn smoothie when apples are in season and you craved spice.
I added apples, a banana, almond milk, pitted dates, ice, and loads of spices to make this smoothie. You can either add honey or even pitted dates to sweeten your smoothie up. I honestly love both versions, but feel free to use the one that you prefer. I also usually don’t peel the apples, as the peel is very healthy and contains loads of nutritions that are actually good for you. Especially if you have a powerful blender like mine, never peel your apples! And if possible, then go for organic apples as that’s much healthier and tastier.

- 2 apples
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp honey or 1-2 pitted dates
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- Place all ingredients in the blender, process until smooth and serve immediately!
