A simple treat for summer days, only 2 ingredients are needed: Bananas and Nutella!
2 INGREDIENT NUTELLA BANANA ICE CREAM
Today I’m sharing with you one of my all-time favourite recipes. It’s a wonderful dessert that you can enjoy with your kids after a day in the sun! This delicious ice cream is rich, creamy, quick, easy, and it’s a no-churn recipe which means that it does not require an ice cream maker!
Nutella and banana is definitely a perfect combination made in heaven!! All you have to do is freeze the bananas, then toss them in the food processor along with the Nutella (you could even use a homemade Nutella if you’re looking for a healthier option), at this stage, you can either enjoy soft ice cream or toss it back in the freezer for more ice cream like texture.
HAVE FUN SERVING THIS NUTELLA BANANA ICE CREAM
Sprinkle with M&Ms, nuts, sprinkles… The possibilities are endless! I usually create a little fun bar for the kids to decorate their own ice creams, by preparing little bowls with different toppings for them to sprinkle over their ice creams.
The cones that you can see in the pictures are homemade, however, you can either buy ready-made ones or serve this ice cream in little bowls to be eaten with spoons.
